Our Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you bring home from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Simply reach out at nate.conceptstore@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note that returns may be subject to overseas shipping and customs rules depending on your country.

  • How it works
    Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid label and easy instructions. Kindly note that items sent back without approval cannot be accepted.

  • Damages or issues
    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, let us know right away so we can make it right.

  • What can’t be returned
    Certain items are final sale: perishable goods, custom or personalized pieces, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, discounted items, and gift cards. If you’re unsure about your item, just ask we’re happy to clarify.

  • Exchanges
    The quickest way to get what you love is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

  • For our EU customers
    If your order ships into the European Union, you have a 14-day window to cancel or return for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds
    As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
