We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Please note that all orders are charged in IDR ( Indonesian Rupiah) at the time of checkout.
Yes! Discount codes can be applied to already reduced items and during sale periods, unless otherwise stated.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from Nate Knitwear. A second email will follow with your DHL tracking number, so you can follow your package’s journey. If your tracking shows the item has been delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting DHL directly for further assistance.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges vary by region and Nate Knitwear cannot be held accountable for additional fees.
Absolutely! Please refer to our Returns Policy page for full details, including eligibility and instructions on how to start a return.
Depending on the shipping service used, returns may take up to 14 days to reach our warehouse. Once received, we aim to process your return within 2 business days. You’ll be notified via email once your return is completed and your store credit or refund has been issued. Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 9AM 5PM AEST.
Items purchased online must be returned via our online return portal and cannot be returned or exchanged in store.
If you purchased your item at a Nate Knitwear concept store, please return it directly to that store. We are unable to process in store purchases through our online system.
If you bought Nate Knitwear through one of our stockists or retail partners, please contact them directly regarding returns. We only accept returns for items purchased through our official online store or Nate Knitwear retail locations.
